## What Growpetence Does

Growpetence answers whether a company is ready for AI. The one-week Growpetence Analysis maps where the company actually stands, finds the one constraint doing the most damage to growth (the "first domino"), and returns a ranked, board-grade picture plus a concrete plan. ### The core thesis

Most AI projects fail for the same reason: a powerful tool plugged into a messy operation returns the same mess back, faster. The bottlenecks blocking growth today are the same ones that make AI fail when bolted on early. Fix the constraint first, then accelerate.
